This Return Policy outlines the terms under which Purgeeactive handles cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments for online workspace audit products purchased through purgeeactive.ddd. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that reflect the professional nature of our audit services while protecting the interests of both our clients and our team.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all workspace audit packages offered by Purgeeactive, including the Essential Workspace Scan at $149, the Comprehensive Audit Pro at $349, and the Enterprise Flow Assessment at $799. It covers purchases made directly through our website, via email order confirmation, or through written service agreements. Third-party reseller purchases may be subject to separate terms.
2. Nature of Our Services
Online workspace audits are professional advisory services that involve specialist time, methodology application, data analysis, and report generation. Once an audit engagement begins, resources are allocated and work commences. Because our deliverables include customized intellectual work product, standard product return policies for physical goods do not apply. Instead, this policy provides structured cancellation and refund provisions appropriate for professional services.
3. Cancellation Before Kickoff
If you cancel your audit order before the scheduled kickoff call and before Purgeeactive has begun data collection or platform review, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to message@purgeeactive.world and include your order confirmation details. Refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation After Kickoff
If you cancel after the kickoff call has occurred or after audit work has commenced, a partial refund may be available based on the stage of completion:
- If cancellation occurs before platform assessment is complete, you may receive a refund of up to fifty percent of the purchase price.
- If cancellation occurs after platform assessment but before the findings report is delivered, you may receive a refund of up to twenty-five percent of the purchase price.
- If cancellation occurs after the findings report has been delivered, no refund is available as the primary deliverable has been fulfilled.
The kickoff call is considered the official start of the engagement, regardless of whether data collection has begun prior to the call due to preparatory communications.
5. Package-Specific Terms
Essential Workspace Scan ($149): Full refund available if cancelled within forty-eight hours of purchase and before kickoff. After kickoff, the partial refund schedule in Section 4 applies.
Comprehensive Audit Pro ($349): Full refund available if cancelled within seventy-two hours of purchase and before kickoff. Includes a one-time rescheduling of the kickoff call at no charge if requested at least twenty-four hours in advance.
Enterprise Flow Assessment ($799): Full refund available if cancelled within five business days of purchase and before kickoff. Enterprise engagements require a signed scope document; cancellation terms specified in that document take precedence where they differ from this policy.
6. Package Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade to a higher audit tier within thirty days of your original purchase, Purgeeactive applies the full amount of your initial payment as credit toward the upgraded package. Upgrades are subject to availability and may require a revised scope and timeline. Downgrades after purchase are not available, but you may purchase additional services separately.
7. Service Dissatisfaction
We strive to deliver high-quality workspace audits that meet the scope described for each package. If you are dissatisfied with your deliverables, contact us within fourteen days of report delivery at message@purgeeactive.world. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies at no additional charge:
- A revised report addressing specific factual inaccuracies or scope gaps identified in your feedback.
- An additional consultation session to walk through findings and recommendations.
- A partial refund proportional to documented deficiencies, not exceeding thirty percent of the purchase price.
Subjective dissatisfaction with recommendations or findings that fall within the agreed scope does not qualify for a refund, as audit services provide professional analysis rather than guaranteed outcomes.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Delivered audit reports, executive presentation decks, and implementation roadmaps.
- Completed follow-up consultation sessions included in Comprehensive Audit Pro and Enterprise Flow Assessment packages.
- Third-party platform fees, software licenses, or external data export costs incurred on your behalf with prior authorization.
- Expedited delivery fees or rush processing charges agreed upon separately.
9. Refund Process
To request a cancellation or refund, email message@purgeeactive.world with your full name, company name, order date, package purchased, and reason for the request. Our team will acknowledge receipt within two business days and provide a decision within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional five to ten business days to appear on your statement.
10. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of future service eligibility. We will provide relevant documentation to payment processors to resolve disputes in accordance with this Return Policy.
11. Force Majeure and Service Interruptions
If Purgeeactive is unable to complete an audit engagement due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread platform outages, or regulatory restrictions, we will offer to reschedule the engagement or provide a full refund at your choice. No additional compensation is provided for indirect costs associated with such events.
12. Changes to This Policy
Purgeeactive may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date. Purchases made before a policy change remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
